VA Homes - The Veterans Administrations current Property Manager.  Here you can find all available previously foreclosed VA Owned homes across the country that are currently for sale.  These homes offer great financing for owner occupants and even a better deal for investors.  This is currently the best program for investors do to seller financing program called VA Vendee financing.

VHDA - Virginia Housing Development Authority.  Here you can find all the foreclosed homes in Virginia.

USDA Homes - US Department of Agriculture Rural Development.  Search here to find all available homes for sale by USDA.  USDA usually does not provide any incentives to buy their homes.

FDIC - The Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation has a limited number of homes for sale across the country.

IRS - The US Department of the Treasury has a limited number of homes for sale and again we do not see any reason to get excited about these homes.

Customs - US Department of the Treasury sells seized properties.  These properties are normally auction off on site and is worth keeping an eye on.
