may be Bottoming out

Days on the Market (DOM) - Good News, the increasing trend has reversed.

Vertical column is the average number of days a house is for sale prior to receiving an acceptable contract.

Supply of Homes for sale is decreasing.

Vertical column is the number of months supply of homes for sale.  It is calculated by taking the total number of homes for sale at the end of a month and dividing it by the number of homes sold that same month.

Price declines have not yet stabalized.

Vertical Column is sales price.  Median sales price is not the average sale price which is higher.  The median sales price is the one in the middle, meaning that half the homes sold below this price and half the homes sold above this price.
